Reaching Out Programme

The South East Leadership Academy is delighted to offer a virtual development programme designed to support those that have a role as lead for patient engagement/experience.

The programme is highly interactive, run by experienced facilitators, and includes inspiring guest speakers. It is ideal for staff who are relatively new to the role or who have taken on new responsibilities.

The programme will be delivered remotely by Microsoft Teams over six weekly sessions. Each session builds on the one before, therefore participants should plan to attend all sessions listed below:
