Paramedics can and do play an important role in primary care and just like any other role, the success of Paramedics working in primary care is heavily reliant upon having the right framework of support wrapped around the recruitment and on-going support.

The OTH run quarterly Paramedic Forums, which are open to all paramedics working in General Practice in Oxfordshire. These forums are an opportunity for paramedics to meet and share any experiences and learning they may have with other paramedics. There will also be talks on various topics such as dermatology.
